I bought my '09 370Z new and haven't had any problems. Never back to the dealer or any shop at all (except for 2 oil changes) since I drove it off the lot. Having said that, however, I did buy the Clearbra the first day I owned the car, as the paint chips easily and I have only 6,200 mi. on this summer car garage queen. But if you find one like mine, you'll have a trouble free and very enjoyable car.

The 2010 screen is 4x sharper than the 2009 and plays back at 720p (min HD) THAT is one of the main reasons I turned down a 2009 in favour of waiting for a 2010

2009 and 2010 have different clutches on the 6MT. It seems Nissan changed the pressure plate on the 2010 to a softer one. Definitely noticeable when I swapped out my stock clutch for one out of a 2010 model. We'll see how this new one holds up on the track.

I have a 2009 and installed a low mileage clutch from a 2010. There's definitely a difference in pedal pressure. And its not just me who noticed a difference, the installer (jnaut) noticed, we even compared with his 2009.
