If you have a body guy you are friendly with, just bring it in and ask him to hit it with the buffer, about 80% of the more shallow scuffs

If you have a body guy you are friendly with, just bring it in and ask him to hit it with the buffer, about 80% of the more shallow scuffs will buff out and make it look acceptable until you get the new bumper in. He probably wont even charge you if you give him the bumper install job.
