Maybe he will have to buy a Bugatti then

That's priceless.

For the sake of full disclosure, I used to own a 2000 stang lol.

Definitely helps this situation in the NISMO. Because of the body kit. I had a couple people ask me something like: "What supercar is that?". I didn't want to say it wasn't lol. So I just said it was a NISMO 370Z.

I work in the high tech industry and we make components used in hybrid vehicles among other applications. So of course I work with a lot of engineer types and there are many BMW's, Mercedes, Lexus's, a Corvette and a couple of Mustangs and similar cars in our parking lot. But hands down, everybody loves my Z and it got a lot of attention when new with the engineers all wanting me to pop the hood and tell them about the synchro match transmission and other technical details. They even give me crap about keeping it covered during the day but when I unroll the car condom and show them how good it looks with about 6 coats of Zaino on it they are all complimentary.

I've also gotten quite a few compliments on the car. I honestly didn't expect them. I'm 30 but look like I'm in my early 20s. One time after a round of golf with older friends I was putting my clubs into my car and someone pulls up says wow how can a caddy afford such a beautiful car. I took it as a compliment but I do get tired of my coworkers asking me how can I afford this car. I tell them it was 50% paid when it drove off the lot and I could go get one in every color if I wanted. That shuts them up really quick.
