Saying "I'd rather not do X" is hardly "bitching" about using a manual.

You can't really deny that an automatic is far easier in traffic. It might not be by much, but it is certainly easier. Same with VDC. No, it isn't a magic button that if pressed will make you instantaneously crash, but under normal, daily conditions, there's no real reason to keep it off.

Outside of that, it doesn't even matter. These threads are pointless because it's ultimately a personal choice. Plus, it's also been done to death a trillion times.

Though, I guess the marine line was new.
