Sure, for everyday city driving it downshifts automatically when you come to a stop but who cares? It's no big deal and doesn't affect the fun factor when you want to add a little spirit to your driving.

If you want full control get the 6MT. I'm sure it's a blast to row through the gears in a 370Z without a computer to help you.
