The wait is killing me!
 

Lol I can't wait to go for my deployment in Aug. to get it done with, so i can finally buy me a 370z. I finally convince the wife, she initially doesn't like 2 seaters but i took her to the dealer last weekend and she loved the car, she was impressed with the interior and loved how the car looks overall. Now that i know that i'm definitely getting one it kills me everytime I see a 370z on the freeway or in the dealer. Don't you hate it that you want something so bad but you can't get it, god i dream about this car everynight lol I don't know how i'm going to live through this for another 9 months:shakes head:. Well sorry about my random rant, just want to let it out it's been building inside me for a while now.

I've only felt that way about the original Playstation when I was a teenager... lol. I dunno, I typically don't get that hung up on material things, especially now that I'm older, but I guess that could change... Sucks that you have to wait 9 months though. I guess when you know you're going to get it, it can makes the wait that much longer.

Lol, I felt about the PS2 that way also.

That was the easy part, wait till you have a stash account and your boys shops address when you start modding the car. The you have to come up with a good story to explain the ficticious mods

lol i already know that's going to happen, lol i might start buying parts before i get the car.

There's a black one i saw in san francisco last friday.

I have yet to see another one in Lousiville, but maybe that'll change now that a local dealer got a Red and Silver in.

Wow...they shouldn't be that difficult to find!

I can understand that smaller dealers may not have them but certainly larger dealers/markets should have them.

Maybe you all just need to get out more? :)

HAHA, i'm on the same boat...my girl and I got a home and she got laid off right when I had the money to buy the 370Z. Now I'm siting, waiting, wishing....sigh....just like that Jack Johnson song. I just saw 2 370z as I was pulling out of the Standford Mall parking lot. A Black one with black window tint and a Pearl White one....one in each floor. What a freaking tease....i thought to myself. But a good comparison, and it kinda shows me how beautiful both colors are.

I'm glad your wife likes it...my girl's like "...if you're buying the Z, it's totally for you cuz I don't like the car." Currently, I drive a Lexus IS250 X-Package (Sports Suspension), and I intend on giving that to her once I buy the Z.

Hang in there man! I'm the same way....except I think i'm much worst....every conversation I have with my friends is about the 370Z or how badly I want a new car. I kinda wish I don't think about it every other minute. I've been on the Nissan Websites probably 100+ either looking at the Nismo Z or the regular Z. Still debating if I'm willing to loose luxary over performance for an everyday car. I'm planning to get a Black/Black Sports w/Touring Nav, fully loaded. My alternative would be the Nismo, but settle for the base feature luxary.

Right now i'm just selling stuff on ebay saving up for upgrade mods so right when I get it I can buy the car and an Exhaust system.

Yeah same here bro i'm debating wether to get the Nismo or a regular fully loaded 370z. But i'm kinda leaning for a regular one right now because it's going to be a DD, i'm giving my 04 mazda3 to my wife. Plus once i leave for Iraq on Aug, my wife is going to move out of our apt and live with her parents in San Fran. till i get back so we are going to be pocketing some money. But yeah sometimes i find myself talking about 370z all the time my wife thinks i'm obsess with the car, it's probably because its going to be the first time i'm going to buying a car as a enthusiast not of a necessity plus its going to be my first Manual so i'm defintely stoked about that. I always regretted buying a automatic mazda3. OFF TOPIC: 370 is going to be my first manual how is the transmission/clutch you thinks it's forgiving for a newb.

LOL me too i talk about the car too much, but i'm deploying to balad in aug for four months. God i don't miss those mortar attacks at all i remember the first time i experienced one i almost peed myself:eek: But i'm going to use this to my advantage to save money for a big down.
