Yep. In most cases they won't even take the time to watch your video, much less change anything because of it. Frustrating, but that's how things work here

Turn your Z into a storm chasin tornado ready super vehicle like Reed Timmer, the unsexiest guy on the storm chasing front.

Leasson 1: don't pull out infront of a speeding truck.

Sorry for your loss, but in reality you were in control and driving the car. Your neighbor may be of questionable character, but this accident has nothing to do with him.

No proof that the Ford was speeding, but what is indisputable is that you pulled out in front of him. Your insurance company will likely call it failure to yield on your part and they'll carry the whole burden on this one, your Z and the Ford. Neighbor will likely file a claim with your insurance too, but it will be at most up to the limit of your PI liability, and even then only if he can prove some kind of real monetary loss, like hospital bills or days off work. Sorry for your loss. |

First off glad you are ok. And sorry to hear about the Z. Another bites the dust.
to me the issue is did the neighbor show any remorse are fill like shxx because of what happened. i agree with others its not his fault. but if his attitude is just oh my bad then i would be hacked off a little myself... it's easy to say oh well just get another car. but it's still a big hassle.... |
