Yeah, sure, the adjuster is going to just say that the other guy is at fault!?! ROFL!

Look, like I said in a previous post, I've been in this exact same position before - they are each going to be held 50% at fault. Period. They only way around this is if the lawyer voluntarily tells the truth about what happened.

They have already sent him two letters stating they are trying to contact him, but nothing about h being at fault. They can't do that.

had someone do this to mine the first 2 wks after owning it. but i wasnt in the car.
