they haven't had a chance to look at it yet because they have been "slammed". The car was bought used with 7,000 miles on it...but that doesn't mean it shouldn't

The car was bought used with 7,000 miles on it...but that doesn't mean it shouldn't be under warranty? The warranty transferred.
