I'm guessing that about 6'3". I'm only 5'10" but my dad who is 6'2" tried getting into my Z. He older and his range of motion isn't what it used to be. That said getting in and out he had a little trouble with his head hitting the top of the door frame. But seated he was fine.

I am 189 cm and I still have a little head room. It will depend on your torso length.

how does width have anything to do with how tall you are? only thing that matters is that you don't get a chubby chick in the passenger seat

Guessing by the obvious lack of a solid grasp of English, OP possibly meant height? 190 cm seems awfully wide...
