Options: Happy w/them?

I'm getting a base w/sport package. But I'm considering getting also all the mats and the kick plates. Worth it? Happy? Quality good? Worth the extra 400 something?

I would definitely get the mats. I plan on getting the kick plates in the future, but I dont have them right now. Invoice pricing on the two would probably be sub-$400.

If you can install, then go with the illuminated plates and mats through a vendor like the Z Store. The illuminated plates are great looking, and you can upgrade your mats or go factory. I prefer the Nissan JDM floor mats with the racing stripe, but we do not get them here.

here i go with my .02. If your spending 30k or close to it was the difference between 1-2k for the extra goodies(as long as your getting them at invoice) 20-30 bucks extra a month. One less night out a month ( Helps keep the miles of your baby). Ill take that all day. But its your cash and where your talking about 400 bucks. do it that probable equates to 5 bucks more a month on your note if your financing well worth it if it makes you happy. GL post pics when you get er.

I hear ya, CantZme, but I look at it differently. I always think about the final cost, and not the cost-per-month. I think if more of us thought that way, maybe the financial crisis we're all in right now, wouldn't be as bad. (Now mind you, I'm not aiming this at any other members here; everyone is a big boy and everyone's financial situation is different). Having said that, if you look at say the cost of the touring package, that's just about $4k (in my mind, $4k for TWO leather seats, with power and heat, and an upgrade to the crappier Bose stereo) was a rip off.

Nissan's floor mats in the 370 are poor quality. The mats in my 350 didn't seem to be as cheap.

Totally agreed.

I ordered floor mats (no trunk mat). I never use my trunk so it wasn't an important option to me. But I do regret not ordering the illuminated kick plates. The Z logo on the kick plate of the base 370Z is very ugly (made of plastic).

On the other hand, the optional JDM floor mats looks great! They have the Z stitch (like the cubby hole one) on it and flows very well. I am going to post the picture of them later when I go home to my desktop.

I'm quite happy with my floormats, maybe because I own a MB?

I like my floor mats. however, it took some getting used to because of the rubber sections for the driver's feet. they are not poor quality and they are really easy to clean! I don't think anyone needs the rear trunk mat lol but i got it anyway!

Kick plates are a must others are ugly plus the lil orange Z at night gets lots of comments

mud flaps flow well with the car and dont stick out plus it keeps the dirt down
