I don't think that a Z would fair much better being T-boned at 40 mph, side impacts cars are way more vunerable than rear impacts etc.

thats sucks. Apparently you didnt get the memo.... in Texas if you get in a wreck you are supposed to leave your car in the middle of the street and try to block as much traffic as possible. At least that is what they do in Houston.

It comes and goes, but there are a good number of threads and a good number of accidents in this car. It's a sports car, and it's driven by a lot of young, male, fast drivers.

It's gonna happen. Whether the VDC is off or someone's speeding, or even if the other driver just doesn't see us there... I'm glad the OP is alright, but it's not a "recent trend" or anything. It's just more frequent with little sports cars than with other vehicles.

85% of Texans drive like morons. They need to give IQ tests, then place the dummies in drivers special ed before giving licenses down here. That would be most of the state. Just think how much richer the govt would be making people pay for special ed classes. Lol.
