Yep, a gust of wind can carry an ill placed shopping cart by someone in an electric scooter and blow it across the parking lot and over speed bumps, around that jack in the box and plow right into your car.

And this is what I get for thinking I could risk running into the bank real quick. Never again. The parking sucks at this place so I'll have to make sure and park a block away from now on

It would be unfortunate for that van to get it's right rear tire slashed simply because the driver never learned how to park. Doesn't he know that parking lot lines are like hot lava?

Yup on the drought car wash allowed as long as there is a shut off on the hose and not kept running.

I was coming out of the grocery store with a cart, and this looser zipped in front of me and parked like that. I had to stop fast in order to avoid ramming the cart into him. Drives like he parks.
