This idiot made it very difficult for me to back out because the guy next to me couldn't even pull halfway into the parking space

Which idiot are you referring to? I could see an argument being made for the drivers of both the car and the pickup to qualify.

It was actually an SUV, not a pickup truck. The civic was there first, but you're right: they're both idiots. If I were driving an SUV I would not have pulled into that spot and blocked half the drive aisle. It's not like these spots were near the entrance either...
