I wish there were an incentive program for tow companies and maybe parking enforcement to snag these inconsiderate SOBs. Something like a $500 bounty per vehicle, paid for of course

I wish there were an incentive program for tow companies and maybe parking enforcement to snag these inconsiderate SOBs. Something like a $500 bounty per vehicle, paid for of course by the inconsiderate piece of crap before paying additional towing and impound fees. I guarantee there would be a little more thought the next time they park.
