Only thing I see wrong with that parking is if there were the same number of empty spaces on the other side of you (can't tell from photo). I would say his parking job is acceptable. The location might be questionable.

look at these two jackasses

ShoFamous and myself today at an Austin mini-meet

I was checking out his tinted headlights.

These spaces are away from the entrance, and we were only there 10 min or so at the end of the work day. I picked this spot because there is always plenty of parking there in the afternoon.
