There is. But it doesn't look as if it comes as far out. And the shaded area could well have been shifted since he parked.

I concede that it is crappy parking, but if that was the reasoning, I can understand his thinking.

.....and see how I already park close to the wall to avoid these idots?

There is rooftop parking but the car will not make it up there. Speedbumps are built for trucks.
