You cant sit there and smoke up the rear tires without pulling the ABS fuse or brake light fuse????? Something like that, I'm sure someone will post up what you need to do. If your just trying to spin the tires and get a clean tire for a run coming off the clutch quick at a high rpm should get the job done, make sure TCS is off.

Can we at least burnout while moving? What should we rev up to for that and do you let it hit the limiter

yea i believe that if you touch the brakes the throttle is cut down immediately to idle air flow. that's probably your main problem here. line lock to the front brakes would probably be the only way to do a "proper burnout"
