This driver doesn't even seem to know that there are lines. Most likely a former Hippee who thinks parking lots are vast spaces representing the ignorance of the human spirit. Just a guess

Actually I park my car intentionally a few inches on the left as people get out of the cars from the left side of the car... less chance for getting dings.
 ofcourse doesnt help if the car on the left has passengers but its a 50%+ chance they dont
