Well my co-workers tell me that when we are leave out from work at night that when I shift a small blue flame comes out of my exhaust! I'm going

Blue flame out my exhuast...
Well my co-workers tell me that when we are leave out from work at night that when I shift a small blue flame comes out of my exhaust! I'm going to try to video tape this tomorrow night. I know the car is running rich. I have Gen 3 intakes, Z1 test pipes and Greddy Ti-C exhaust with no tune yet. Is anyone else experiencing this? I hope when I get a tune it does not go away. lol
