I put scraps of carpet under my tires to buffer the cold hard floor to avoid flat spots and that works great! I don't like starting it so it was away all winter and no flat spots!

Up on jack stands seems easier to me than moving car around. Battery tender. Full tank of gas. Car cover. Rodent bait.
