I have to agree with everyone. i owned a 350Z since 2003, and now my 370Z. It is an issue with my friends and family that i have a 2 seater but never an Issue for me and my wife.
We are somewhat selfish and I have to say the love i have driving my Zs out weights everyone bitching because i can't drive them and their tribes around. If we are going somewhere and someone insists on going in a group, let them drive. That just means you don't have to be DD. |

I've had many 2-seat cars, and it's never been an issue. In fact, when you have 4 seats, you find yourself having to drive your friends/coworkers around more. For example, 3 coworkers wanted to go to lunch yesterday, one says "who is going to drive." "Sorry guys, only got a 2-seater." The backseat does come in handy for storage. Take a briefcase for example. Too small to go in the hatch, because it will just slide all around. Doesn't really fit well behind the seats, because of the new shelf they put in the 370. Not too handy, that's for sure. A backseat would be perfect for something like that. |

Get the Nismo 370Z instead. I assume with how much extra it's gonna cost, they gotta squeeze in extra seats! Right?

I would definitely buy the Z!!! I currently drive a Del Sol and I have no issues with only 2 seats. Also you are in college and dont have to worry about a family or anything. Get the z, you have a spot for you and a spot for your girl. Besides the looks and power of the z, it should be a no brainer, this is by far the best one they have made yet...

I'm also agreeing with everyone. My wife is actually pregnant and what did I do? I bought a 370z
That being said, we do have an Accord (coupe) and a Prelude, so the baby can sit in those cars. But honestly, having 2 seats is not a bad thing at all. |

I have to say, you get the car for yourself/your family. If two seats is all you need on a day to day basis, then there is no problem. So what if you can't drive around more than one person at a moment's notice? Last time I checked, it was THEM that needed a ride, not you. You're not the one getting stranded :P

Get what you want. Your not providing a taxi service for all the mooches that want a ride. Plus, no one ever asks you to help them move or borrow your car to go pick up the frig from costco or transport all those fat-fvck b1atches at work for lunchtime.
Plus, if you ever go out on the weekends, you can always drive by yourself and meet your friends at the bar or club and leave whenever you want to. You don't have to be held hostage to a group of drunk bastards that want to stay until the bitter end to pick up some drunk whores. You can pick up your own drunk whore and leave. If you got something more practical, then you'll be the one driving all the drunk bastards to and from the bar. Not worth the time or the smells. |

having a two seater gets you out of being the driver for others so its not as bad as you think. it has its bad sides and good sides and for me the good sides are more then the bad side so i went and got it.

I'm coming from an RSX and the seats in the back aren't too hot. I hardly bring anyone, and when I do, people hardly ever want to get back into it.
I do like that the seats fold down for more storage space. If your friends complain a lot about driving, especially on the days you go out, just drive your car to their house, they drive to destination, and if you're DD you drive home, and pick up z. |
