Default Bruised tailbone :(

I've recently went to a physician for some pain around my tailbone, she noted that it was from extensive hard pats from the car. She said it was from me falling a lot ir something until she looked out her window and pointed at the car. I didn't want to believe it, but it did make sense. And yes, I took off the spacers. I took her around for a rode to see if it could be the source. When we got back she said to not drive it for awhile. anyone with this? Its so awkward sitting and walking, grr it hurts lol. Sleeping is also weird.

Driving in a Z with Nismo suspension bruised your tailbone?!? Really?

I agree it was prety stiff at first, but it softened up within a few hundred miles.

Ouch!

that's one of the reasons i'm selling my Z... Can't stand the ride anymore. But honestly I should have known it would be this way.

1) your story is bogus

On a more serious note: Have you tried playing with the lumbar support? Might make things more comfortable for you.

Alternatively, see if you can pick up some progressive springs -- those are much softer in low speed driving and only get firmer under heavy load.

OEM Nismos are not progressive -- thus same firmness at all speeds.

yea seriously.

dude the suspension on the car, even nismo, is not that stiff. its stiff for stock suspension, but there's plenty of people with aftermarket springs and coilovers without a bruised tailbone.

The only way you could bruise your tailbone in a NISMO is if you replaced the seats with bricks.

bruises are usually caused by blunt trauma. unless you're pulling a Dukes of Hazard with your Z, you're not going to get a bruised tailbone.

Not that I know of. But you can easily transfer them to a computer and upload from there.
