Just came back from the Nissan dealer alignment issue / car pulling to one side
I went there because i needed an alignment done to the car. When i drive i have to hold the steering wheel almost one inch to the right for the car to go straight. So i went there and scheduled an appointment at 2pm. I get there at 2pm and the guy that set up my appointment wasnt there. So i wait about 20-30 minutes for his co worker to take care of me and when one of the mechanics comes he asks him if he could do the alignment and the mechanic replies saying that the 370z is new and they dont have the specs for it. I was like wtf to myself and his like try a different dealer. Has anything like this happen to anyone else? What can i do about this? :shakes head:

It's pretty simple, the front suspension can not be aligned. If it is not driving straight then something is bent. Actually toe-in/out can be adjusted but if everything was good and suddenly changed then something got bent. They should be able to correct your current situation by adjusting and centering the toe but it would be good to find the cause.
I can't understand how they wouldn't have a copy of the service manual yet (they get them on CD), you could always print out the relevant pages and hand them to him. Pretty sh**y service. |
Call Nissan corporate to report your issue and that you cannot get an alignment from your Nissan dealership this; Nissan should give you a case number.

they have very bad customer service so i wouldnt recommend anyone to go there. There was a black 350z there "stick" and the guy that drives it to the garage and back to you made the clutch grind so bad i didnt want to leave my car in their hands. |
Miller Nissan is a bad dealership i heard. We should start posting Bad Dealers to make them aware that customers will be watching. You shoudl call Nissan Headquarters and report them.

A little advice to everyone dont let anyone at the dealer ship drive you car because they grind you clutch pretty bad. by the way which one would you recommend? |
You know I think the service people at Valencia nissan are pretty descent. That was before when i used to have a small 200sx for my son. I think they still are nice because when i went to the dealership i kinda feel it although i didn't buy my car from them because the sales are ***%$^&$. You should try them. If I am off i will meet you there. It's not far from the valley. I don't think i like glendale nissan either man
