I mean do they just not look behind them? I generally never use the windshield sprayer to clean my windshield when I am on the freeway as I know it will end up on the car in back of me unless I am *way* ahead of the guy and I know it wont reach him.

It freaking pisses me off when people do this so I had to get this person back. It was especially annoying as I was getting off that exist and had to quickly merge over to get off right after.

I HATE IT WHEN PEOPLE DO THIS!

Probably cant even tell what happened unless u watch it in 720p or greater.

i thought thats what they were for, kinda cool that they can be used to clean the windshield as well.

The chain reactions are funny. Sometimes I know it can't be avoided though, depending on the traffic, so I try not to take it personally.

It sucks but it just comes with the territory. You should expect it at one point or another during your drive.

Typically I try not to spray my windshield if I've got another car directly behind me. I just try to be a little courteous and wait until I have a clear shot.

Its not like there was really all that much traffic on the road. The person could have easily waited for a chance to do it without spraying the person behind them. Hell if the guy just waited 5 seconds he would not have hit me as I had to change lanes to get off at the next exit.

one thing that really pissed me off when I had my subaru was this guy like hocked up a really big loogy and spit it out the window on the freeway and it landed right on my ******* windhsield. It was really bad. That thing was a pain in the *** to get off. Another time where I was about to transfer to another freeway and being in my slow non-turbo subaru I wasn't able to give it back to him. That was just gross though.

Some people are just oblivious to what's going on around them or are total ********. I don't know what I'd do if someone hocked a loogy on my windsheild... I'd probably be too grossed out to do anything. :bowrofl:

I hate when people flick their f'ing cigarette butts out their window and it hits my car. I've definitely flicked off a few people for that ****.

I had some woman in a Volvo throw a slurpee out her window years ago and land right infront of my old Mustang... splashed all over the car. I think I almost ran her off the road for that one.

I don't mind getting sprayed but I do hate it when a random duck decides to take a dump right over my car while driving on the highway. The wipers and the washer fluid is really not enough to wash that off...

Too bad you were in your Z. Two wheels through that dirt on the side of the road would have been a quick way to restore his window back to pre-spray state...

Some people do that crap intentionally too. That's what really gets me.

Some fker in front of me just yesterday threw something out his goddamn sunroof. It just missed my windshield so I rode up next to him and gave him The Bird.

i dont like upsetting other drivers when i'm in the z...for all i know, when i pull up next to them to flip them off, they can just throw something at the car, or follow me somewhere and key it or something

Cigarette butts and washer fluid annoy me, but in the end they don't do significant damage, so whatever. What kills me is the damned construction vehicles that fling a thousand rocks every time they hit a bump. Nothing we can do about that really.

Road rage is, at heart, a silly thing to engage in. For all you know, the driver you just flipped off or cut off or whatever has a gun and a death wish. You just don't know.

In VA, approximately 85% of us have a gun.

I generally will never flip someone off but I have no problem doing back what someone just did to me so hopefully they get the message and they sure as hell can't bitch about it when they just did it to me!

Yes they can. If a guy cuts you off, and then you cut him off again in response, that can turn ugly in a hurry. If a guy yells at you and you yell back, same deal. "Eye for an eye", whether justified or not, can turn into a road rage situation. I know people who've had guns pulled on them. I also knew a guy who flew into a rage and chased someone else on foot across I-795 and was killed.

I am much more passive on the road when I can help it. Sometimes my temper gets the better of me, but you have to keep things in perspective. Are you safe? Is your vehicle damaged? Are you endangering others?

I'm not saying I wouldn't have done the same thing you did in that situation. I'm sure I would on a bad day. Just saying that it bears some risk.

Haha, this thread is hilarious. I have never flicked someone off but I have had people spray their windshield fluid with one nozzle pointed up so my old Saab got the full brunt of it. If I had thought about this type of revenge, I would have done that lol.

Yeah, there was a situation here a while back where road rage turned into a gunfight in the middle of traffic. All because someone got cut off. I try my best just to forgive and move on right away.

Meh. While I dont like it when I get sprayed what can you do? If someone gets something on their windshield I dont expect them to not clear it off just because they may get a few drops on the car behind them.

What I do HATE however, is when people throw their cigarette butts out of the window and they hit my car, expecially since they are usually lit. That will cause me to give an extended honk and show of displeasure.

I hate people that ride around with the high beams on. Especially after you pass them. I once threw my protein shake out the window directly at the side of this dumb bitch that purposely threw on her high beams after I passed her. So I slowed down and she ate it. Almost literally because her window was open.

In high school I used to drive an '86 Celica and would turn my spray nozzles (located on the hood) sideways and drive through the school's parking lot and **** **** up! They shot a good 15 ft, most people had no idea what had happened. :) cheers to being young and awesome

oh no he sprayed his windshield and some drops got on my car. lets accelerate quickly to spray him OH **** MY EXIT" and then you changes lanes without indicating as far as I can see.

if somebody sprays and it hit my car im not going to go into ROAD RAAAAGE.

I myself think about the other cars and I only spray when nobody is behind me.

only time I would get pissed if the guy keeps on spraying and he is seriously doing it on purpose.

I hate that more than anything else. I mean, come on, it doesn't take that much effort to signal and be a little more respectful to other drivers. NY/Long Island drivers are the worst at this. I'd even let it go if you signaled and cut me off.

The other thing that bugs the hell out of me is the guy in the left lane doing 45 in a 55 and refuses to move over until you pass him on the right (wtf!).... oh, and people on their cell phones.

You are an *** if you are trying to imply that I did not use my blinker. I did not change lanes *THAT* fast and I *DID* use my blinker. You just cant see it because the cam turns down the brightness and due to the compression. If you want I can send you a non-recompressed version of the file I uploaded and use a video player that supports gamma conversion like mplayer:

and it is very clear I *DID* use my blinker. Granted I barely had it on a second (maybe a bit less) before changing lanes which I try not to do but my exit was aproaching.
