Can the NISMO rear bumper and new heated/cooled seats be retrofitted?

I would consider the heated and cooled seats. I've only driven one car with cooled seats (Lincoln, of all the cars) and it was fantastic. I'm always on the warm

I've only driven one car with cooled seats (Lincoln, of all the cars) and it was fantastic. I'm always on the warm side, especially on longer drives.
