Can the NISMO rear bumper and new heated/cooled seats be retrofitted?

The only thing that I had wished for was a thicker steering wheel, and a quick touch lane change indicator. ( meaning a quick 1 touch gives you 3 blinks

( meaning a quick 1 touch gives you 3 blinks for the lane change instead of having to hold it down, makes a hug difference ) Neither is offered on the NISMO edition, so I am good to go?
