Traction control

Im a new owner of a 2010 370z. Traded in a heavily modded 2006 Dodge Charger daytona edition R/T. Can you remove traction control on 2010 370z's? It there a

Im a new owner of a 2010 370z. Traded in a heavily modded 2006 Dodge Charger daytona edition R/T.

Can you remove traction control on 2010 370z's? It there a button for it?


BTW love the 370z!!!! Cool car for the money!

The VDC button controls traction control. You can turn it on and off. Be careful punching it around corners with VDC off!

The VDC button on the left beside the steering wheel is probably what you are looking for. Someone, correct me if Im wrong but it doesnt truely turn off all the aspects of TC.

owner's manual located behind passenger seat compartment area. my salesguy didnt mention this to me so i thought i didnt get one at first. lol

You are correct. When the weather was freezing, my tires would spin very easily. Even with VDC off, traction control would occasionally kick in.

when ambient temps are higher than 60F and dry i usually turn it off when i drive off.

technically the 370z doesn't have traction control. VDC just prevents wheel slip by killing the throttle.
