About that....
So got told today that if I continued to take two spaces at work, that I was going to get yelled at by management ..... Apparently they had already talked to a co-worker that drives a SS Camaro. The thing that irks me is on a given day there is anywhere from 30-40 open spots, and at least 15 or so in the area I park in. As a daily driver I m sorry but Im going to be taking precautions to prevent any damage that I can end of story.

Do you have assigned spots at work?
Does anyone else park near you?

There's a person who parks their Lexus across two spots where I work.
I badly want someone to vandalize that car. Sorry, no sympathy, take a single spot. Also, I don't think it prevents damage so much as it attracts d1ckishness. Last edited by shadoquad; 03-09-2011 at 11:59 AM. |

Im sorry but I disagree. Im not hurting anyone and there arent assigned spots. I dont think Im being d1ck, we have lots of customers in an out of our site, and others have issues with being dinged. I mean if we had a full parking lot I wouldnt do it, really didnt see what I was hurting.

It will piss coworkers off and HR will hear about it constantly = not good for you. You also open yourself up to your 370Z being keyed.

I'm sorry, but when you take two spots, you're implicitly declaring yourself to be special, and people will go out of their way to mess with your vehicle. Either way, there's obviously been some number of complaints about it if your management is saying something. Risking your job over the fear of a door ding? |
