What the hell happened to the price gas?!
It is up $1 per gallon where I live...
Three things that I really hate: 1) **** YOU potholes. I hope you burn in hell. 2) **** YOU oil companies and your billions and upon billions of profit every year. 3) **** YOU ummm..., oh what the hell, CABIN NOISE! PS: I reall don't care about cabin noise. But I am dead serious about the first two. |
At least you're not in Europe.
|
Here are a few things I hate:
1) People that bitch about gas prices, how is that going to help anything? 2) People that buy gas eating sports cars and then bitch about gas prices. |

YES THEY DESERVE TO DIE!!! AND I HOPE THEY BURN IN HELL! :icon18: Seriously though... I couldn't agree more. |
.... from the country that gave us the Hummer.... lol

Buy a prius...the arab world is in turmoil and a lot of oil comes from the region. Once that settles down, so will the prices.
|
Slabadoo! If you don't like oil prices and the obscene profits oil companies earn, then buy stock in oil companies! It is a great way to hedge yourself against increases in oil prices.

In Germany 1 liter premium fuel (european models must use 98 octane only) costs € 1,61 at the moment. That's $ 2,24 for 1 liter, respectively $ 8,48 for a gallon. So come on, stop that whining poor Americans! ;) |
European countries impose a much higher tax on gas than the US (something like 6 times as much). It has been very effective in limiting consumption, and increasing sales of small cars (and their small cars have even better economy/less power than our versions here).
Americans have short memories. When gas was high about 3 years ago people complained bitterly, sold their SUVs and kept bugging me at the pump asking me how many MPGs my MINI Cooper got. As soon as prices dropped, well hello Escalade! Now on to potholes: They should indeed burn in Hell. Then magically fill themselves. |

The potholes are a freaking nightmare at the moment, I can't even drive my car for fear of destroying the suspension while dipping into the craters.
As for the gas prices, I'm willing to accept the price going up if it means less ugly SUV's on the road. Oh and this summer I'll be towing my car behind a Chevy 2500HD getting about 10 mpg and paying $100 a fill up. <insert face palm here> |
higher gas prices = open highways ^_______^

I'd rather see trendy SUV's than the ugly Prii and Smart Fortwo's, though. |
