I agree usually good quality roads. Plus where Im at if it hits 32 people start throwing on huge parkas. Though the road I live off of they are going to 4 lane and just started....just in time for the Z. I guess the Z71 will be doing the DD on rainy muddy days.

I don't understand how anyone could buy a Z and then complain about lack of practicality.
Now, I would definitely buy again, though possibly a 2010. A few years from now and I'd be considering a used Cayman S a lot harder, but I don't plan to trade the 370Z that soon.

332 out of the box for $30k is kind of the best out there. In terms of sports cars/sedans I can't think of any under 45k that make this kind of power out of the box.

When the 350Z came out I wanted one. But my kids were still young (too young to drive themselves in their own cars) so I needed 4 seats. I bought an RX-8 instead, then a MINI Cooper, and then a Mazda3 HB (my current DD).
I bought the 370Z as soon as I could afford to. I chose slightly used so I didn't have to wait to save more for a new one. I would do it again, at least right now. Nothing else out there really gets me excited (well, nothing I can afford anyway!).

Sorry for the double post, but I just wanted to ask themann how many of his 24 post say exactly that?

The new Mustang 5.0 has 412 for around the same price as the Z. I would say that is the best overall performance value out there, but I still prefer the Z myself for other reasons.

I would've waited a couple of months and gotten a different color with all the options.
Could do with a couple of extra seats though. Only the roads in Irvine are nice. HUGE potholes in SD/LA. |
