Default I speed thingz up and slow them down

I'm guessing I'm not alone in my love of an on ramp/off ramp sequence. The on ramp consists of a long loop, about 210 degrees from entrance to merge onto the highway. It isn't a steady arc, so I have to accelerate, downshift, accelerate, downshift, and then GO! I merge onto the highway on a grade of about 20%. I love pushing the Z from about 25 MPH to the speed limit.

Less than 2 miles ahead is my exit. I have to toe-heel from 6th down to 2nd to take the curve of the exit ramp, which is over 90 degrees from the start of the ramp to to the stop sign at the end.

This whole trip takes less than 2 minutes. No speed limits are broken, but my heart rate is pounding like I just took a Zumba class behind Kim Kardashian.

I take this trip daily in Dickson City, PA.

Where are your favorites?

I love all on/off ramps. From the ones that are clovers to the super long straight ones... Either way, you know theres no unexpected traffic or popo lol...

Chicago has a great ramp from I-90/94 Eastbound leaving the city as you merge onto I-55 Eastbound to Lakeshore Drive. It's a fantastic climbing sweeper left followed by a downhill sweeper right, under a bridge and then another sweeping left followed by a right as you merge going towards the lake. The problem is finding a time when no one is driving it ahead of you.

I will take any on-ramp that doesn't have some a-hole who doesn't get up to speed by the time they run out of lane and are now sitting on an interstate doing half the posted speed limit. I swear these people are freakin deadly. I don't like being "that guy" but I'm sorry, if you're not up to speed and I'm behind you and I have 4 lanes of traffic barreling down on me, I'm going to swing wide and punch it.

I know this great ramp. Unfortunately the plows have broken up the roads all to hell, not to mention this ramp is clogged almost 24/7.

You might find that be adding all those angles I am actually headed right back to my starting point Math is not my area! Still, some of the most fun I've had with the Z is on ramps like these

on/off ramps are about the only thrill I get around where I live. Everything is flat and straight. One day I'm moving back to the mountains.

yep i use to have this nice s-curve offramp followed by a off-camber pos bumpy right turn where i tested suspension setups all the time. i wonder if it's still there.

the last time i measured my pos modded FitSport going actually FASTER through the turn than my old 03 modded cooper-s without really trying. which means it's much faster than our Z's...

haha, i know the feeling, ive got places where my old RSX-S was literally faster going through than the Z can do... well without wrecking it anyway!
