Default dead mouse

short story even shorter i started the car up to go to work some days ago and a mouse was in the engine bay... well it is dead now and stinking. Question is, the 3 clips holding the engine cover up, do I just pull hard and they pop off "hopefuly without beaking" or is there an easier way to remove these

please help THERE ARE MOGGOTS NOWWWWWWWWWWZZ! some fell on my hand when taking the bolts out lol.

Engine covers are on he top. Most rodents eat spark plug harness so I thought you were talking about that.

For the bottom you'll need to remove like 12+ 10mm fasteners.

I usually use a flat head screw driver and insert into one of the two little "tabs" for lack of a better word. Just wedge the clip down and itll pop loose. It always sounds like you cracked something but if you use patient force it should be fine.

I hope the Z is not going to have issues with rodents eating at the wiring like on Honda Accord. I just spent 4 hrs this weekend working on my girls 2004 Accord for rats eating thru the knock sensor wire harness. Was a major PITA.
