If you have done it on CC it'll be real easy to get your money back. be polite, ask them for your deposit back so things dont get ugly for them, no reason for that. If they special ordered a car and all that for you, then yea it would be a bit scummy if you bailed, but it doesn't sound like thats what happened based on what you are saying.
