This poll will not really be accurate, it's really age of 370Z owners in this forum.
I would guess the majority of members are younger then the real avg age of z owners

I apologize for the respost then, I searched and didnt find anything so I must be looking under the wrong topic. Mod's feel free to delete this if you deem fit!

I'm a fifteen year old punk ricer :stirthepot:

TreeSemdyZee 02-22-2011 03:47 PM

My average age changes every year.

I'm an 18 year old punk ricer. Great. I'm labeled by someone who drives Honda Preludes.
I guess I should start putting decals and stickers all over my Z and put a massive-@ss spoiler on it and boast that I make 550 wheel without a turbo.
There's this true, true ricer that lives in my area. Total Honda Prelude douchebag. His car blew up on him though, and I cheered like a little girl. I'm a terrible person. I love myself.

I support your getting out of sedans and getting into a sports car. Just beware, it's like owning a smartphone for the first time; you never want to go back.

Within reason I'd say this appeals to the same market as the 2 or 3 year college graduate and the people who want a Porsche but can't afford it. 25-45 is a reasonable guess, despite everything in my body saying I have no justifications on my statistic...

I have Benjamin Button disease... I get younger as I age. Soon I'll be an infant driving a 370z.

Im taking it that your not calling me some kinda ******* and some guy in your city. I have no labels all over my cars or any wings other than the stock ones. I have stereo setup in my one car and tinting and thats all. I was having a simple discussion with my old HS buddy about how the age of the 370z was a much more mature one as the Honda scene is basically full of kids and I never really liked it much. Hence I have come to this forum to read up on the Z before I laid down the cash to buy one. I wont be selling my Hondas but I wont be buying another either. I just never wanted to jump into a 30k plus car till now when I was financially stable and where I didnt mind the payments.

370Z Purist 02-22-2011 04:53 PM

I was trying to be sarcastic, but I always, always forget that such a tone never properly connects over the internet.

Altogether, supporting your move to the 370Z. However, you mentioned you're 31, and I will assume you have kids, so unless you've got cars to handle the need to transport additional people, you may want to lean toward getting a four-seater.

That said, if you're a bachelor, go right ahead. Although in all honesty, you're barely get much more than positive commentary seeing as you're on a Z forum. More mature, hence better opinions, but the vast majority still have their Z's for good reason.

EDIT:
Oh, and yeah, you'd be correct; I wasn't purposely making fun or calling you whatever censored word you typed. Again, internet-fail.

LuckyJinx 02-22-2011 06:36 PM

I'm 19 and drives a Nismo. My Nismo has a big wing, I guess i'm a 18 year old ricer.

Yeah just as I thought too many young people going for the 370z and from reading the comments and posts on this site it is all too apparent. How mant totalled or 370z's involved in accidents. Too many. You kids should get behind the wheel of a Corolla.:ughdance:
