When turning tires makin noise!?

Ok first of all stock touring + sport package 370z. when turning really hard to the right and maybe left and moving foward not in reverse im getting a rubbing

Ok first of all stock touring + sport package 370z. when turning really hard to the right and maybe left and moving foward not in reverse im getting a rubbing sound but not against the car its between the tire and the pavement like the potenzas are twisting/rubbing when you turn really sharp. lol does that make any sense? anyways help me out if there are anyideas or this is normal.. umm and the car has 1500 miles on it also. thanks guys -Dave.
