Mines never done that and it's gotten down to upper 10's.

Not at 35 F. There isn't anything in gasoline that will freeze at said temperature so freezing can't be considered as a possible cause.

could be a weak battery too. sometimes it can't produce enough juice to fire the spark plugs despite turning the starter. nissan batteries (at least in frontiers) are notorious for being pretty crappy and needing replacement. i'd call the dealership and ask them to look into it
