It's part of the GPS tracker/remote ignition kill installed by the dealer. It's to help the dealer recover the car after it's been stolen off the lot. Most people have no idea it was even installed.

Another use for this system is to make it easier to repo your car:

Do those go into the OBDII port in a car?

Your last picture is most certainly a relay being used as a starter kill. If that switch went to this then what you may have is a aftermarket version of the key fob that we have on the Z from the factory.
If you had a car that just had a normal ignition key you could add this and if you didn't have the coded fob on your keychain the car wouldn't start.

I used to do car audio/security installs for a living. In my opinion this is what we used to call "hacked in".
Go to a good audio/alarm shop and have it removed.

Disclaimer: I could be wrong about what it is but I still think it should be removed as soon as possible. Whatever it is it's not installed well.

that IS the valet button and system light for a KARR alarm system, you are missing the brain and the remotes it has probably been wired around as well. You have to options, if a dealer at some point in time installed it go and buy another from them and reinstal it, or take it somewhere to have the alarm harness fully removed. Also the real baller switch to have in your car is one that disconnects the brake signal when flipped so you can actually do a burnout in a 6speed it's friggin awesome.

All z's have an anti toyota switch, meaning if the car is moving and you push the gas and brake at the same time it powers off the engine, so in a manual when you drop the clutch and feather the brake and gas to do a standing burnout (think dragstrip) it shuts the motor off and you look like a tool. If you install an interrupt in the main brake switch(not the cruise control one) it shuts off the abs, vdc, and the brake safety switch so you can actually do a burnout. go ahead and try it drop the clutch and try to use the brakes from keeping you from going forward and the engine dies out.
