so i have been looking for the perfect iphone car mount for my 370.
we all know not many places to put one, and no way in hell will i put one on the windshield. so i found what i thought was perfect. the bottom part is made to fit into a cup holder adjustable and all. so i'm going to get this and then it strikes me. the 370 only has ONE CUP HOLDER. What a dumb axx...............

There's actually 3. 1 in the center and 1 on each door panel. Your right though, no really good spots.

3 cup holders in the Z

If you have a passenger you would have 5 cup holders!

I consider 1 cup holder on the center console, the ones on the door don't count.

You might be able to fit a small bottle of water and that is it!

But way better than the 350Z!

Who drinks in the car anyways? I usually put my iPhone inthe center cup holder anyways.

My car actually came with four. Its a factory insert in the center console. Not really worth a crap because you have to keep the door open

Touring has 4.

theres a really good spot actually

the two knee pad things. take them apart

get some thing bendable aluminum strip and form it to go from one side to the other (like a C shape)

put the knee pads back in
mark on the strip where you want your phone.. add a bucket/hook/clip to that place on the aluminum strip and your set

I have 6 cup holders in my 370z... One in the center, one in each door, one between the legs of the passenger and one on each of the passengers hand...

It's arguable that you can't also balance a few more cups behind each seat on the little shelf thingy's :icon17:

The drive thru trays sit on those selves then you back the seat to prevent movement.

Three, four...is no one counting the cup holder on the roof? Because I've been known to leave my coffee up there. Doesn't "hold" very well though.

I've heard that it can also result in losing your favorite mug as well.

i think we should all 3M mount a cup to our roofs and drive around for finger pointing fun.

Here is the extra touring cup holder. It was removed the first moments after returning my from purchase at dealership. No drinking or eating in the Z.

yah, i keep my candy in there and now that i think about it, that might invite rodents while the car hibernates. thanks for reminding me to take it out of the car next time. :tup:

Errr...the touring doesn't have an "extra" cupholder, does it? My Base + Sport has the same thing under the center console. I don't use it though, there are better options...

I'm confused.

Recap: If you count the rounded shapes in the doors as cup holders than 3. If not than only 1 in the center.

This is all too confusing.

I had that cupholder too. I'm bot touring though.

I've read all of these pages and I still don't know how many cup holders are in the Z.

The 2004 1/2 350Z had 4 cup holders......I'm jess sayin'........

Does is really make sense to have more than 2 cupholders in a 2 seater?....and why is it limited to cups?...that's where I keep my can of chicken noodle soup.
