Being that your car is only a year and half old I would think it's covered under the warrantee. If they want to replace it then let them but don't

Being that your car is only a year and half old I would think it's covered under the warrantee. If they want to replace it then let them but don't pay for it before having it tested somewhere else. Tires are probably done. 19K out of the stock tires is about right.
