Police say Framingham man tried to run down three others (370z content)
FRAMINGHAM — A Framingham man repeatedly rammed another car, and then used it to try to run over three men on Saturday, police said.
Eduardo Rodriguez, 22, was ordered held without bail at his Framingham District Court arraignment yesterday, pending a hearing tomorrow to determine if he is a danger to the public. On Saturday, police went to the intersection of Waverley and Beaver streets at 3:45 a.m. on a call about a fight, and found four men arguing. One of the men, who police did not name, said he had been driving his Nissan 370Z on Leland Street after leaving a party, with his brother and friend as passengers, when another car, a Nissan Sentra, drove up behind him. "The car was right on his bumper and had his high beams on, and it began to ram the rear of his car," Shastany said. The driver of the 370Z pulled over, and the Sentra pulled up behind him. All three men got out of the 370Z and started yelling at the people in the Sentra. The passenger of the Sentra got out and started fighting with one of the men in the 370Z. The driver of the Sentra, Rodriguez, never got out of his car. "The driver drove the car into the friend (of the 370Z driver), hitting him in the leg," said Shastany. "(Rodriguez) backed up and tried to run over the other driver, who got out of the way, but he then bumped into the driver's brother." Rodriguez rammed the other car, pushing it down Leland Street approximately 100 yards before driving away. Before he left, the driver of the 370Z had ripped the license plate off the Sentra. The three men in the 370Z dragged the Sentra's passenger into their car and chased after Rodriguez. They pulled their car in front of Rodriguez to try to get him to stop. Instead, he rammed the back of the car, forcing it off the road into some shrubs. When police got there, the driver of the 370Z gave them the license plate, and they tracked it to Rodriguez and his 109 Alexander St. apartment. Police found the damaged Sentra, and the driver of the 370Z identified him as the assailant. Rodriguez was the only person charged. Neither his passenger, nor the three people in the 370Z were charged. Police do not know if the two groups of men knew each other or what led to the incident. Rodriguez was charged with two counts of assault with the intent to kill, two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, leaving the scene of an accident, driving a vehicle negligently as to endanger and malicious mischief causing more than $250 worth of damage. Three men in a 370Z! How did they accomplish that feat? And then they take a hostage, and its now four (4) men in 370Z? C'mon now!

Something got lost in translation there from reality to police report to press. The 370Z had 3 guys in it, and then they dragged a 4th guy (Sentra passenger) in as well before giving chase? Where are the extra two people? Cut in peices in the trunk? |

3 I might buy, stuff one in the trunk or whatever, but 4 is a stretch. I'm going to stay out of Framingham for a while, apparently they're all on crack.
