MPG question

Just took a round trip cruise of about 400 miles it was a blast!! So anyway computer said i averaged 26 mpg. set the cruise at about 70. just wondering

So anyway computer said i averaged 26 mpg. set the cruise at about 70. just wondering if the trip read outs are pretty accurate on these cars that seemed pretty good to me
