what he said

I think the damage is covered by their uninsured motorist coverage. If the driver had stayed and reported the incident it would have been paid by the driver's property damage coverage. However, since the driver left, there is no insurance to cover the damage.
Collision covers damages to your car when YOU hit something. Comprehensive covers damages when something other than a car hits your car. This should be under UM or UM-PD (depending on the state). If it is under UM they shouldn't have to pay a deductible. |

Went to pick her up today. I swear to God, my car looks like a team of Special Olympians tried to put her back together. The gaps were F-ING HUGE. I'm so irritated right now.

that sucks :(

What is wrong with people these days? From customer service to actual work. People are so damn lazy and don't give a $hit about the next man. There's no such thing as pride no more.

I sound like my Dad -- he used to lament the same stuff back when I was young. |

Seriously, the gap along the rear bumper is AT LEAST an inch on the left side, but freaking TOUCHING on the right side. What kind of inbred mongoloid does work like that, and tries to pass it off to the customer as satisfactory???? I guess it's a good thing they kept my car 5 days longer than they estimated...you know....'cuz they were doing such a stellar job on it and all. |
