If a dealer denies a warranty claim on $1,500 in service would you be willing to spend two or three times more than that on court costs, plus time off work over the couple of months it will take for you to get your case heard, when there is no guarantee that you'll even win? Probably not.

Again you don't need to go to court. I been thru this, that why I say it!
