Can are cars go to 4.5. I know it can go to 4.2. I want to say the guys that went that big (on the 350's) had head lift. Causing it to leak coolant. But those were FI motors if that matters.

Are you referring to the GTM 4.5L stroker kit? I haven't seen anyone on here with it. It is a lot cheaper in terms of labor to go FI.
