New z damaged from dealer help!

Does anybody else notice a repetative humming noise coming from the back end while driving between 60-65 mph? If I speed up it goes away and if I slow down

If I speed up it goes away and if I slow down it goes away. If the car hit a curb or pothole hard enough what else could be damaged?
