It's called "adulthood".

Don't worry, most men make it out on the other side and drive a vette.

Although I have driven the 370z both manual and auto, i have to say the manual felt more alive, more involving than the auto which to me seemed to hang onto gears once you took your foot off the accelerator after a little spirited acceleration.

Adulthood does not = the desire to add to the over-population of the planet with your own spawn just because you have some deluded idea that someday they will be president/fix everything/make it better.

Kids are expensive, and when they happen, society frowns on making them take a back seat to things that were around before them. Like your car, etc.

"something's gotta give", so to speak.

I didn't insinuate that becoming an adult meant popping out a fresh unit. I meant to insinuate that adults make decisions such as, "I'm having a child, perhaps I should drive transportation that is more practical and suitable to the task of parenthood."

I'm not saying that he has to trade in his sports car or his balls or whatever. I'm just saying that mature individuals often make such decisions when presented with such situations.

Gotcha. I understand what you mean and agree, now. I thought you were insinuating that once you "reach adulthood" you "must" have a child, or that to "be an adult" you must desire/have a child. I misunderstood.

no, not that i've seen on the maxima forums.....not much of a aftermarket for them.

as everyone stated already, either sell your parts and buy a DD with that money.

or just buy a DD outright and keep the tt Z.

OP- For all the time and money you have already invested into the Z I think it would be foolish to sell it. You'll recoup the money from the sale. I'd keep the Z, drive it on the weekends and hold onto it. I would find a DD, which will cost you just about as much as you will lose if you sell the Z anyway.

I'll have to check the black market and get back to you, but I'd say minimally six dollars.

you learn quite a bit from raising a child so that part you're not a complete adult until you can handle a kid 24/7 (does not have to be your own).

it's very sad seeing middle aged folks that are completely clueless on how to talk to a child or handle them. extremely sad watching some of my wife's lady friends in their 40's without kids that have no frikken idea what to do when a baby cries. to me it's like wtf you dont know??!!
