Seems kind of arbitrary to me. I'll bet it would be easier to drive it less than go through the "winter hibernation" steps kenchan and others follow. Are you leasing

Are you leasing the car? Otherwise, why care about mileage, especially since you are hovering near the average of 12k per year?
