Cought a Rock, chipped my front end Help!

What is the best repair or way to hide a stone chip on the front bumper? It's pin-head size, and deep, right throught the paint. Or I can just leave

I got one on the hood, is going to stay like that until Spring.

Don't know how it will look with touch-up paint.

Yeah, I've got two on the hood...one is HORRIBLE. I was scared to hit it with touch up making it look even more noticable. I've just left it along for now. I figured after a couple more, I will get it sprayed and put a clear bra on it; which I should have done in the beginning. If there is a way to fix it without spraying, I would do that then clear bra it.

Any ideas?

FWIW, I would avoid Dr Color Chip at all costs. I have a pearl white 370, and it didn't even come close to matching. Clear bra is a must...and for touch ups -stick to dealer paints.

Yes go with the dealer paint or go to a body shop and have them color match one for you.

I don't know how easy it is to use but I've seen some really great touch up jobs with a syringe with a tiny brush at the end

Touch-Up Paint Syringes, 2 Count - Griot's Garage

best thing to do is get one of those and get the touch paint pen as well ... I just can't find myself to trust the pen because it rarely leaves a smooth finish ..

if not time to call The Junkman

I used Dr Color Chip when I caught a rock ding on my hood. You can see it if you look but it is a lot better than not doing anything.

I will probably go with the touch up stick.

I use small artist's brushes. They're much more accurate than the thick brush included with most OTC touch-up paints. A magnifying glass is helpful, too.
