HI, I have about 3700 miles on the car... today I drove it after 3 days... and I felt the shifter being softer than normal... I always thought that it

HI, I have about 3700 miles on the car... today I drove it after 3 days... and I felt the shifter being softer than normal... I always thought that it was harder to shift... just talking about the shifter not the clutch... Is this normal? for the shifter to get loose after some x000 miles? (broken in?) Or does this mean something is going on w/ the shifter that I need to get checked? I used to really like how the shifter was hard... Thanks, Jay
